The Danara app is provided by SME SUCCESS SOLUTIONS COMPANY LIMITED (tax code 0402252007), 130 Hói Kiếng 21, Ngũ Hành Sơn Ward, Da Nang, Vietnam (“Danara”, “we”). By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also applies to the app downloaded from the App Store.
The service
Danara helps you find a rental in Da Nang, contact owners and the Danara team, book viewings, send rental applications, read the guide and look up buses. The app is free. It handles no payments: no deposit or rent is paid through the app.
Rental information
We check listings before showing them, but prices, availability and descriptions can change. Visit the home and read the lease before paying a deposit. The lease is between you and the owner unless it says otherwise.
Buses and the guide
Lines, stops, hours and fares come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence). Travel and waiting times are estimates; there is no timetable or live bus position. Check at the stop and travel safely. Guide articles are general information, not legal advice or an official procedure.
Your account
You are responsible for the email you sign in with, and the information you give must be true. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Settings → Delete account).
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to send fraudulent, harassing, unlawful or spam content, impersonate someone, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account or refuse a request that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, the Danara brand and the content Danara writes belong to Danara. Listing photos and descriptions belong to the owners or to Danara. OpenStreetMap data is under the ODbL.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Danara is not liable for indirect damage, for dealings between you and an owner, or for temporary interruptions of the service. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under Vietnamese law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent court in Da Nang decides.
